That may be contributing to their recent rise in popularity. They are known to last longer than traditional asphalt shingles and their clean lines and smooth surface are definitely a look! 

• Green and Earth tones

The color green is trending when it comes to new home exteriors. Right up there with green are other earthy tones. Whether it’s siding color, your front door, or trim accent around windows, these colors are on the move right now.

• Large Windows

Do we really have to tell you why? When have you ever walked into a room with a nice big picture window and thought to yourself, wow, I wish there was less light in here, or, gee I don’t think I’d like to look at that beautiful garden all day? Probably never. Large windows let in natural light which is known to improve your mood, among other benefits like needing to use less energy for lighting, etc.
